Finding Friends while having Sicklecell
Is it difficult for you to find or even keep friends while handling sicklecell?
Most of my friends drink but I don't drink because of sickle cell.
I'm now use to staying on my own.
finding anything when you live with sickle cell is a real struggle. Until I connected with other warriors here in sickle-cell.com, I've been very lonely qithoufht friends.. I totally understand. I am from the generation of stay home, you can't work. Nobody is here that understands that I just want to be treated like a healthy warrior. You know to live life and I might be sick but I'm not sickly
