For context this graph is about 2 patients who received a CTX001 infusion. (CRISPR-Cas9 treatment)
One month after infusion HbA skyrockets. Why is this and is this a problem?
In months 5-12 HbS is still at around 50%. Is this a problem or is the patient cured.
Many thanks.
