3 Reasons I Think It’s Important to Take Time Out

Living with sickle cell is a lot in itself. Add to that the lemons life throws at you daily: work, family, friends, and social life (if you have the time or the energy). Everything can become a lot.

How am I really feeling when I tell everyone I’m fine? How do I feel about being diagnosed with yet another sickle cell complication?
Have I had enough sleep lately?

These are just some of the reasons I like to take time out. What about you?
