Sickle Cell Vacation Packing List

Hi All, my name is Grace. I am a wife and mother, and I work as a full time content creator. I also am living with sickle cell disease.

Travel

One of my favorite things to do is to travel, and I make sure that my disease doesn't prevent me from doing so. In this video I am sharing some of the things I bring with me when I am going on a quick trip.

Preparing for a trip

One thing that I have learned while living with sickle cell is to always be proactive instead of reactive. I like to make sure I am as prepared as possible, especially when I am traveling.

What I bring with me:

  1. A reusable water bottle
  2. Face masks
  3. Pain balm and medications
  4. Supplements, nutrients, and other medications
  5. And more
