Stop Doing These Things
Hi Guys my name is Grace. I am a wife, mother, and I work as a full-time blogger. I also live with sickle cell disease.
What are things that we can do to support our mental and physical well-being?
In this video, I am talking about some of the things to avoid or stop doing if you are living with sickle cell disease. Some of these things are complete no-brainers while others are something that can make you stop and think.
I hope someone finds this video helpful and provides you with some food for thought. Living with this type of disease isn't easy so if we can find ways to make out lives a bit easier... why not?!
