Hi All, my name is Grace. I am a wife, mother and I work as a full-time content creator. I also am living with sickle cell disease.

Sickle cell can steal joy

Sickle cell disease is a disease that can often steal your joy if you allow it. I am no stranger to anxiety and depression because of my sickle cell. However, I have been making sure I am intentional about tapping into the things that bring me joy, consistently.
