Three ago I had acute chest syndrome and it was like that was the end of my life. I felt I was dying inside, couldn't breath, was on oxygen for weeks, the side effects of the drugs too was just too much for me but God being so good I passed through it.
I urge everyone living with SCD to take their drugs serious especially folic acid and always pray for strength with long life.
