My name is Grace. I am a wife, and mother and I work as a full-time content creator. I also am living with sickle cell disease. I am no stranger to anxiety and depression and I think a lot of it has to do with living with sickle cell disease.

5 tips for people struggling with mental health and sickle cell disease

In this video, I talk about 5 points that can help you if you also are dealing with depression and anxiety or any other type of mental health issues and have sickle cell disease.

I know this is a topic many don’t like to talk about, but the truth is a lot of us are dealing with anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues as a direct result of this disease.

 
It’s important for me to bring awareness to this for my sickle cell community and for others who may need this help as well. I hope this video helps somebody.
